Description

A classic dessert. This easy Old Fashioned Bread Pudding is simple to make.


Ingredients

  • 6 cups bread, cubed
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add bread cubes to the mixture.
  4. Let bread soak for 15 minutes.
  5. Pour into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until set.
  7. Let cool before serving.
