Ingredients
- Ripe bananas, sliced
- Vanilla wafers
- Milk
- Sugar
- Eggs
- Cornstarch
- Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Whisk together milk, sugar, cornstarch, and eggs.
- Cook over medium heat until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
- Layer wafers, bananas, and pudding in a dish.
- Repeat layers.
- Chill for at least 4 hours.
Notes
- Use ripe but firm bananas.
- You can add whipped cream on top.
- Some recipes include meringue.
