Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add milk and oil. Mix until just combined.
  3. Gently fold in the diced apples.
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the apple mixture into the hot oil.
  6. Cook until golden brown.
  7. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar.
