These mini apple fritter bites are a quick and easy dessert.

- 1 large apple, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk and oil. Mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in the diced apples.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Drop spoonfuls of the apple mixture into the hot oil.
- Cook until golden brown.
- Remove from pan and drain on paper towels.
- Dust with powdered sugar.
