Description

A rich and decadent cheesecake swirled with caramel and chocolate, creating a luxurious dessert experience.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup dulce de leche or caramel sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon hot water
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Press graham cracker crumbs into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  5. Beat in eggs one at a time.
  6. Stir in heavy cream.
  7. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan.
  8. Swirl in dulce de leche over the batter.
  9. Mix cocoa powder with hot water to form a paste.
  10. Drizzle the chocolate paste and melted chocolate over the dulce de leche.
  11. Pour the remaining batter over the swirls.
  12. Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  13. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside with the door ajar for 1 hour.
  14. Remove from oven and cool completely on a wire rack.
  15. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a smoother swirl, warm the dulce de leche slightly.
  • Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for the best texture.
  • Do not overmix the batter after adding eggs.
