Ingredients

- 1 pound cheese tortellini
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, oil-packed, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package directions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan.
- Sauté onion until softened. Add garlic.
- Stir in sun-dried tomatoes.
- Pour in heavy cream. Simmer.
- Add Parmesan, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Toss cooked tortellini with sauce.
- Serve immediately.
