Ingredients

  • 1 pound cheese tortellini
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, oil-packed, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook tortellini according to package directions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan.
  3. Sauté onion until softened. Add garlic.
  4. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes.
  5. Pour in heavy cream. Simmer.
  6. Add Parmesan, basil, salt, and pepper.
  7. Toss cooked tortellini with sauce.
  8. Serve immediately.
