Ingredients
- Steak (4 x 6oz)
- Olive oil (2 tbsp)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Broccoli (2 heads)
- Butter (2 tbsp)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
Instructions
- Season steaks with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan.
- Sear steaks to desired doneness.
- Remove steaks and let rest.
- Steam broccoli.
- Melt butter in the pan.
- Sauté garlic.
- Toss broccoli with garlic butter.
- Portion steak and broccoli into containers.
