Ingredients

  • Olive oil (2 tbsp)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Broccoli (2 heads)
  • Butter (2 tbsp)
  • Garlic (2 cloves, minced)


Instructions

  1. Season steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan.
  3. Sear steaks to desired doneness.
  4. Remove steaks and let rest.
  5. Steam broccoli.
  6. Melt butter in the pan.
  7. Sauté garlic.
  8. Toss broccoli with garlic butter.
  9. Portion steak and broccoli into containers.
