A delicious and easy low-carb chicken Alfredo bake.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 (10 ounce) package cauliflower florets, steamed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Steam cauliflower until tender.
  3. Melt butter in a pan, add minced garlic.
  4. Whisk in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning (optional).
  6. Combine cooked chicken, steamed cauliflower, and Alfredo sauce.
  7. Pour mixture into a baking dish.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
