Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces uncooked pasta
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and onion. Drain excess grease.
  2. Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add uncooked pasta to the meat mixture.
  4. Pour in enough water to cover the pasta.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked.
  6. Stir in half of the cheese.
  7. Top with remaining cheese.
  8. Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly.
