Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, soy sauce, minced garlic, sesame oil, brown sugar, grated ginger, and black pepper. Mix well to ensure the beef is evenly coated.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef mixture to the hot skillet. Break up the ground beef with a spoon and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain off any excess grease.
- Serve the Korean beef mixture over hot cooked rice.
- Garnish with your favorite optional toppings like chopped green onions, sesame seeds, or kimchi.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the beef mixture.
