Description
A simple and delicious kid-friendly chicken and veggie meal cooked in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup frozen green beans
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add carrots, celery, and onion.
- Pour in cream of chicken soup and chicken broth.
- Stir in thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks.
- Stir in frozen green beans during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- You can add other vegetables you like.
- Serve over rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes.
- Leftovers are great for lunch.
