- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen broccoli florets, thawed
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, broccoli, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until everything is combined.
- Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute other vegetables like cauliflower or green beans.
- Add different cheeses for varied flavors.
- For extra flavor, add cooked bacon bits.
