Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
  4. Rub the mixture all over the turkey breast.
  5. Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan.
  6. Pour the chicken broth into the bottom of the pan.
  7. Roast for 1.5 – 2 hours, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the breast registers 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let the turkey rest for 10-15 minutes before carving and serving.
