- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- Rub the mixture all over the turkey breast.
- Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan.
- Pour the chicken broth into the bottom of the pan.
- Roast for 1.5 – 2 hours, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the breast registers 165°F (74°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 10-15 minutes before carving and serving.
