- 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 1 can (14.75 oz) creamed corn
- 1 can (14.75 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Mix well until everything is incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can add a can of drained and rinsed corn for extra corn flavor.
- For a sweeter casserole, add a tablespoon of sugar.
- Feel free to add a pinch of salt and pepper to your preference.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese during the last 10 minutes of baking.
