Description

A delicious and easy Jiffy Corn Casserole recipe. This dish is perfect as a side or a main course.


Ingredients

  • 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 can (14.75 oz) creamed corn
  • 1 can (14.75 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
  3. Mix well until everything is incorporated.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving.
