Description

A delicious and easy pasta salad inspired by the classic Italian grinder sandwich.


Ingredients

  • Pasta (1 pound)
  • Italian dressing (1 cup)
  • Salami (8 ounces), sliced
  • Provolone cheese (8 ounces), sliced
  • Lettuce (1 cup), chopped
  • Tomato (1), chopped
  • Red onion (1/2), thinly sliced
  • Pepperoncini peppers (1/4 cup), sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Drain pasta and rinse with cold water.
  3. In a large bowl, combine pasta, Italian dressing, salami, provolone, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and pepperoncini.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Toss to combine.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
