Description
A delicious and easy pasta salad inspired by the classic Italian grinder sandwich.
Ingredients
- Pasta (1 pound)
- Italian dressing (1 cup)
- Salami (8 ounces), sliced
- Provolone cheese (8 ounces), sliced
- Lettuce (1 cup), chopped
- Tomato (1), chopped
- Red onion (1/2), thinly sliced
- Pepperoncini peppers (1/4 cup), sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Drain pasta and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, Italian dressing, salami, provolone, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and pepperoncini.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can add other Italian meats like capicola or mortadella.
- Feel free to use your favorite type of pasta.
- Adjust the amount of Italian dressing to your liking.
