Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta (rotini or penne)
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup pepperoni, sliced
  • 1 cup salami, sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together Italian dressing, red wine vinegar, olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the cooked pasta to the dressing and toss to coat.
  4. Add pepperoni, salami, provolone cheese, red onion, black olives, and pepperoncini peppers.
