- 1 package (16 ounces) Italian deli meat (salami, capicola, prosciutto)
- 1 package (8 ounces) sliced provolone cheese
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and Italian dressing.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on each tortilla.
- Layer the Italian meats and provolone cheese on top of the cream cheese.
- Sprinkle with roasted red peppers, olives, and basil.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly.
- Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
- Serve and enjoy!
