Description

Make delicious Italian deli pinwheel sandwiches. They are easy to make and perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (16 ounces) Italian deli meat (salami, capicola, prosciutto)
  • 1 package (8 ounces) sliced provolone cheese
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 4 large flour tortillas


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and Italian dressing.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on each tortilla.
  3. Layer the Italian meats and provolone cheese on top of the cream cheese.
  4. Sprinkle with roasted red peppers, olives, and basil.
  5. Roll up the tortillas tightly.
  6. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
