- 12 large eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Paprika, for garnish
Instructions
- Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat, cover, and let stand for 10-12 minutes.
- Drain hot water and immediately run cold water over eggs or place in an ice bath until cool.
- Peel eggs and slice in half lengthwise.
- Scoop out the yolks into a medium bowl.
- Mash the yolks with a fork until smooth.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and white vinegar to the yolks. Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
- Garnish with paprika.

- For perfectly cooked hard-boiled eggs, avoid overcooking.
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
- Chill deviled eggs for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
