Description

A simple and delicious creamy ranch chicken recipe cooked in a slow cooker, perfect for an easy weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet (1 oz) dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Optional: Shredded cheese for topping


Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the dry ranch seasoning mix, condensed cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and milk until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or on high for 2-3 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  5. Shred the chicken with two forks directly in the slow cooker, or remove and shred before returning to the sauce.
  6. Serve hot, topped with shredded cheese if desired.
