  2. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Chill dough for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, prepare the filling: Combine melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  7. Roll out half of the chilled dough into a rectangle (about 12×8 inches).
  8. Spread half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the dough.
  9. Roll up the dough tightly from the long side to form a log.
  10. Slice the log into 1/2-inch thick rounds.
  11. Repeat with the remaining dough and filling.
  12. Place cookies on baking sheets lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between them.
  13. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 9-11 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.
  14. Let cookies cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  15. Prepare the glaze: Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
