Ingredients
- Pasta (200g)
- Onion (1, chopped)
- Tomato (2, pureed)
- Ginger-garlic paste (1 tbsp)
- Masala powder (2 tbsp)
- Turmeric powder (1/2 tsp)
- Salt (to taste)
- Oil (2 tbsp)
- Water (as needed)
- Cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
- Boil pasta according to package directions.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and sauté until golden.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
- Add tomato puree, masala powder, turmeric, and salt. Cook until oil separates.
- Add cooked pasta. Mix well.
- Add water if needed. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with cilantro.
- Serve hot.

- Adjust spice levels to your liking.
- You can add vegetables like bell peppers.
