Ingredients

  • Pasta (200g)
  • Onion (1, chopped)
  • Tomato (2, pureed)
  • Ginger-garlic paste (1 tbsp)
  • Masala powder (2 tbsp)
  • Turmeric powder (1/2 tsp)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Oil (2 tbsp)
  • Water (as needed)
  • Cilantro (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Boil pasta according to package directions.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and sauté until golden.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  4. Add tomato puree, masala powder, turmeric, and salt. Cook until oil separates.
  5. Add cooked pasta. Mix well.
  6. Add water if needed. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with cilantro.
  8. Serve hot.
