Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (14.1 ounce) package refrigerated pie crusts


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet. Drain any grease.
  3. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place one pie crust in a 9-inch pie plate.
  5. Pour meat mixture into the crust.
  6. Top with the second pie crust. Crimp edges to seal. Cut slits in the top crust.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly.
  8. Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
