Instructions

  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and 1/4 cup sugar in a bowl. Stir in melted butter. Press mixture onto the bottom and 1 inch up the sides of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
  4. Reduce oven temperature to 325°F (160°C).
  5. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 3/4 cups sugar until smooth.
  6. Beat in flour, vanilla extract, and lemon zest.
