Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Cooked rice for serving
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp and broccoli and cook until shrimp is pink and broccoli is tender-crisp.
- Pour honey garlic sauce over shrimp and broccoli. Cook until sauce thickens.
- Serve over cooked rice. Garnish with sesame seeds.

- You can add other vegetables, like bell peppers.
