A quick and easy stir-fry with shrimp, broccoli, and a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- Whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a pan or wok.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink. Remove.
- Add broccoli and cook until tender-crisp.
- Add garlic and cook briefly.
- Pour sauce into the pan and cook until thickened.
- Return shrimp to the pan.
- Toss to coat.
- Serve over rice.
Notes
- Adjust honey and soy sauce to your taste.
- Add red pepper flakes for heat.
- Serve with sesame seeds and green onions.
