Description

A quick and easy stir-fry with shrimp, broccoli, and a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Cooked rice, for serving


Instructions

  1. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch.
  2. Heat oil in a pan or wok.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Remove.
  4. Add broccoli and cook until tender-crisp.
  5. Add garlic and cook briefly.
  6. Pour sauce into the pan and cook until thickened.
  7. Return shrimp to the pan.
  8. Toss to coat.
  9. Serve over rice.

Notes

  • Adjust honey and soy sauce to your taste.
  • Add red pepper flakes for heat.
  • Serve with sesame seeds and green onions.
