A delicious and easy honey butter cornbread casserole. Perfect for a comforting side dish.

- 1 box cornbread mix
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together cornbread mix, milk, eggs, and melted butter.
- Stir in honey, creamed corn, and drained whole kernel corn.
- Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can add a pinch of salt if desired.
- For extra flavor, add a tablespoon of chopped fresh chives.
- Serve warm.
