Description

A delicious and easy honey butter cornbread casserole. Perfect for a comforting side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 box cornbread mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
  • 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together cornbread mix, milk, eggs, and melted butter.
  3. Stir in honey, creamed corn, and drained whole kernel corn.
  4. Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
