Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

- Gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently, until thickened.
- Remove from heat. Stir in salt, pepper, and paprika.

- Serve immediately.
