Description
Make your own delicious homemade peanut butter cups. These are better than store-bought!
Ingredients

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 ounces chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, softened butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using) in a microwave or double boiler.
- Pour a small amount of melted chocolate into each liner.
- Spoon peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate.
- Cover with remaining melted chocolate.
- Refrigerate until set.
Notes
- Use any type of chocolate you like.
- Add a pinch of salt to the peanut butter mixture for extra flavor.
- Store in the refrigerator.
