Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain any grease.
  2. Add onion and garlic. Cook until softened.
  3. Stir in beef broth, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Bring to a boil. Add macaroni.
