Description
A simple and satisfying hobo casserole made with ground beef.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (15 ounce) can green beans, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain any grease.
- Add onion and cook until softened.
- Stir in green beans, corn, cream of mushroom soup, and water.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- You can add other vegetables like peas or carrots.
- For extra flavor, add a packet of onion soup mix.
- Top with shredded cheese during the last few minutes of cooking.
