Ingredients
- Chicken breast: 6 oz
- Pasta: 4 oz
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Olive oil: 1 tbsp
- Spinach: 2 cups
- Salt and pepper: To taste
- Optional: Cherry tomatoes, Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Dice chicken breast.
- Sauté garlic in olive oil.
- Add chicken and cook until done.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine pasta, chicken, and spinach.
- Serve.
