Ingredients
- Chicken breast: 1.5 lbs
- Diced tomatoes: 1 (14.5 ounce) can
- Black beans: 1 (15 ounce) can, rinsed and drained
- Corn: 1 (15 ounce) can, drained
- Onion: 1, chopped
- Bell pepper: 1, chopped
- Taco seasoning: 1 packet
- Chicken broth: 1 cup
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, onion, and bell pepper.
- Sprinkle with taco seasoning.
- Pour in chicken broth.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred chicken with two forks.
- Serve and enjoy!
