- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cooked quinoa or rice
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
- Thousand island dressing or your favorite burger toppings
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain any excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and cook until softened.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until beef is browned.
- Assemble bowls with quinoa or rice, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and cooked beef.
- Top with thousand island dressing or your preferred toppings.
