Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 small flour tortillas
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and 1/2 cup of water. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, or until thickened.
- Stir in the shredded cheese until melted.
- Warm the tortillas according to package directions.
- Serve the ground beef mixture in the warm tortillas.
Notes
- For a spicier taco skillet, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or a diced jalapeño with the taco seasoning.
- Top with your favorite taco fixings like lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, or salsa.
