Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked egg noodles for serving


Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain any excess grease.
  2. Add onion and mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until softened.
  3. Stir in garlic. Cook for 1 minute.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the beef mixture. Cook for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in beef broth. Bring to a simmer, stirring until slightly thickened.
  6. Reduce heat and stir in sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve over cooked egg noodles.

Notes

  • You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for ground beef.
