Description

Quick and easy ground beef and potato skillet. A complete meal in one pan.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Brown ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add onion and cook until softened. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in potatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Pour in beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
  6. Stir in frozen peas and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
