Description
Quick and easy ground beef and potato skillet. A complete meal in one pan.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Brown ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain any excess fat.
- Add onion and cook until softened. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in potatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour in beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in frozen peas and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- You can add other vegetables, like carrots or bell peppers.
- Feel free to season with your favorite herbs.
- Serve with a side of sour cream or shredded cheese.
