Delicious and easy Ground Beef Cheesesteak Sloppy Joes. A fun twist on classic cheesesteaks.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 8 hamburger buns
- 8 slices provolone cheese
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain any excess grease.
- Add onion and bell pepper. Cook until softened.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in beef broth, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Simmer for 15 minutes, or until sauce thickens.
- Place a slice of provolone cheese on each bun.
- Spoon the ground beef mixture onto the buns.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables, like mushrooms.
- You can use different types of cheese, such as cheddar.
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
