Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 head of broccoli, chopped
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Cooked rice for serving


Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a pan. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add broccoli to the pan. Cook until tender-crisp.
  4. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, water, and cornstarch.
  5. Pour sauce over beef and broccoli. Cook until sauce thickens.
  6. Stir in sesame oil.
  7. Serve over cooked rice.
