Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 head of broccoli, chopped
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a pan. Drain excess fat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add broccoli to the pan. Cook until tender-crisp.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, water, and cornstarch.
- Pour sauce over beef and broccoli. Cook until sauce thickens.
- Stir in sesame oil.
- Serve over cooked rice.

- Adjust soy sauce to your taste.
- Add red pepper flakes for heat.
- Use frozen broccoli for convenience.
