Description

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1.5 lbs small red potatoes, halved
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the steak cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the steak, potatoes, onion, and bell peppers onto skewers.
  5. Grill the kabobs for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your liking and the vegetables are tender.
  6. Serve hot.

Notes

  • You can use wooden or metal skewers. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables, such as zucchini or mushrooms.
