Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ranch dressing, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Grill over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- You can add vegetables to the skewers.
- Adjust grilling time based on your grill.
- Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
