Description

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ranch dressing, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken cubes to the bowl and toss to coat.
  3. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Thread chicken onto skewers.
