Sweet and smoky Grilled Pineapple Boats filled with peaches, perfect for a delightful dessert.

- 1 large pineapple
- 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon butter, cut into small pieces
Instructions
- Slice the pineapple in half lengthwise.
- Carefully scoop out the pineapple flesh, leaving the shell intact. Chop the pineapple flesh.
- In a bowl, combine the chopped pineapple, peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Fill the pineapple boats with the peach mixture.
- Place a few pieces of butter on top of the fruit.
- Grill the pineapple boats over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, or until the fruit is softened and caramelized.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- You can add a scoop of ice cream on top.
- Feel free to use other fruits like apples or berries.
