Sweet and smoky Grilled Pineapple Boats filled with peaches, perfect for a delightful dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 large pineapple
  • 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter, cut into small pieces


Instructions

  1. Slice the pineapple in half lengthwise.
  2. Carefully scoop out the pineapple flesh, leaving the shell intact. Chop the pineapple flesh.
  3. In a bowl, combine the chopped pineapple, peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  4. Fill the pineapple boats with the peach mixture.
  5. Place a few pieces of butter on top of the fruit.
  6. Grill the pineapple boats over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, or until the fruit is softened and caramelized.
  7. Serve warm.
