Description

Miniature Green Bean Casserole Bites are perfect appetizers for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound green beans, trimmed
  • 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup French-fried onions
  • 1 package (14.1 ounces) refrigerated pie crusts


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook green beans until tender. Drain well.
  3. In a bowl, mix soup, milk, and pepper.
  4. Stir in green beans and half of the onions.
  5. Unroll pie crusts. Cut into small circles.
  6. Place circles in mini muffin tins.
  7. Fill each with green bean mixture.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  9. Top with remaining onions. Bake for 2 more minutes.

  • You can use fresh or frozen green beans.
  • Adjust seasoning to your liking.
