Miniature Green Bean Casserole Bites are perfect appetizers for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup French-fried onions
- 1 package (14.1 ounces) refrigerated pie crusts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook green beans until tender. Drain well.
- In a bowl, mix soup, milk, and pepper.
- Stir in green beans and half of the onions.
- Unroll pie crusts. Cut into small circles.
- Place circles in mini muffin tins.
- Fill each with green bean mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Top with remaining onions. Bake for 2 more minutes.
Notes
- You can use fresh or frozen green beans.
- Adjust seasoning to your liking.
- Serve warm.
