  • Red Onion (1/4, thinly sliced)
  • Kalamata Olives (1/4 cup)
  • Feta Cheese (1/4 cup, crumbled)
  • Cooked Quinoa or Rice (1 cup)
  • Hummus (2 tbsp)


Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken: Combine olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper. Marinate chicken for 30 minutes.
