Description
This is a classic potato salad recipe, just like Grandma used to make.
Ingredients

- 5 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil potatoes until tender.
- Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, relish, mustard, celery, and onion.
- Add potatoes and eggs.
- Gently mix.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use Yukon Gold potatoes.
- Adjust seasonings to your preference.
- You can add other ingredients like cooked bacon or paprika.
