Ingredients
- Potatoes: 2 pounds, Yukon Gold or Russet, cut into 1-inch pieces
- Garlic: 6 cloves, minced
- Olive Oil: 3 tablespoons
- Dried Rosemary: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: To taste
- Black Pepper: To taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potatoes, garlic, olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown and tender, flipping halfway through.
Notes
- For extra crispy potatoes, soak potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before roasting.
