Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over chicken and toss.
- Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Grill skewers over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
