Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken cubes to the bowl and toss to coat.
  3. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over chicken and toss.
