- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds, until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
- Pour in white wine or chicken broth and let it simmer for a minute.
- Stir in parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Serve the shrimp over cooked rice.
Notes
- You can use frozen shrimp; thaw it before cooking.
- Adjust the amount of garlic to your preference.
- Serve with a lemon wedge for extra flavor.
