Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Add green beans and blanch for 2-3 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
  3. Drain green beans and immediately plunge into ice water to stop the cooking process. Drain again.
  4. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Add the blanched green beans to the skillet.
  7. Toss to coat in garlic butter.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve immediately.
