Delicious fudgy and chewy browkies. A perfect combination of brownie and cookie.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together sugars, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix until just combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop by rounded tablespoons onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool on the baking sheet.
Notes
- For extra fudgy browkies, don’t overbake.
- You can add nuts or other mix-ins.
- Store browkies in an airtight container.
