Description

Delicious fudgy and chewy browkies. A perfect combination of brownie and cookie.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together sugars, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix until just combined.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips.
  6. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Let cool on the baking sheet.

Notes

  • For extra fudgy browkies, don’t overbake.
  • You can add nuts or other mix-ins.
