- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare cookie dough according to package directions, adding butter and egg.
- Press dough onto a baking sheet in a large circle.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden. Let cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread frosting over the cooled cookie.
- Arrange fruit on top of the frosting.
