A delicious and easy Frito Taco Bake with ground turkey.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup water
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
- 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups Fritos corn chips, crushed
Instructions
- Brown ground turkey in a skillet. Drain any grease.
- Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes. Cook until heated through.
- Pour mixture into a baking dish.
- Top with cheese and crushed Fritos.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- You can substitute ground beef or chicken for the ground turkey.
- Add your favorite taco toppings like sour cream, salsa, and guacamole.
- For a spicier dish, use hot taco seasoning.
